Education Technology Industry Network of SIIA Calls for 2016 Vision K-20 Professional Learning Survey Participants
WASHINGTON (March 17, 2016) –– The Education Technology Industry Network (ETIN) of the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) announces the launch of its 2016 Vision K-20 Professional Learning Survey. While past Vision K-20 Surveys provided educators, administrators and faculty members from K-12 and higher educational institutions the opportunity to evaluate their levels of technology integration across a number of educational technology applications, the 2016 survey is focused entirely on online professional learning.
“Our past survey results indicated that educators’ use of technology for professional learning is at a steady state,” said Karen Billings, vice president and managing director of ETIN. “For the 2016 survey, our questions drill into the what, why, where, when and how of online professional learning. The results will help organizations better understand how K-20 educators are using these learning opportunities and what they hope to gain from them.”
