David Zuniga, 21, is just the kind of student Hofstra University is looking for. A senior from West Palm Beach, Fla., with a mania for politics, Mr. Zuniga was deciding where to apply to college when he watched the presidential debate between Senators John McCain and Barack Obama at Hofstra in 2008.

New marketing at the University of Central Arkansas will use the slogan “Front and Center” to rebrand the university and move away from the narrowly targeted slogan “You Belong” that is used to recruit freshmen students, spokesman Jeff Pitchford said.

The University of Oklahoma plans to launch a new website, freedom.ou.edu, on Tuesday. The site will offer free video lectures on topics dealing with American government and constitutional law, produced through the university's Institute for the American Constitutional Heritage.
