The University of North Dakota took another step to dissolve the School of Communication and relocate its faculty and staff to other departments within the university.
By a vote of 37 to 19, a meeting of the faculty of the College of Arts and Sciences voted on the break-up, said Martha Potvin, dean of the UND College of Arts and Sciences.
