Western Michigan University Names Jody Brylinsky New Associate Provost

Jody Brynlinsky will be Western Michigan University’s new associate provost for institutional effectiveness on April 1, 2012.

WMU Board of Trustees approved the position at their board meeting on Wednesday.

Brylinski has been with the university since 1991 as an assistant professor and became a professor in 2003. She has taught at University of South Dakota, Ambridge School District in Pennsylvania and was the athletic director of University of Wisconsin-Superior.

The new position is one that oversees program accreditation and success rates of certain programs.
