Enrollment Rx, provider of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for higher education, today announced that the University of Miami will incorporate Enrollment Rx as part of an enterprise-wide initiative to integrate recruitment systems across campuses. Hundreds of admissions staff members in the undergraduate and graduate programs, including the Miller School of Medicine and the University of Miami School of Law, will use Enrollment Rx to improve communication andenhance the student experience. The university expects to go live in July 2013.
The University of Miami is a private research university with more than 15,000 students from around the world. Previously, schools bought or built their own systems forstudent recruiting. The Enrollment Rx enterprise solution will replace silo CRM instances – including Hobsons, Intelliworks, SugarCRM, and homegrown Access and Excel databases – with the goal of offloading administrative parallel processes created internally at every level to support them.
The University of Miami selected Enrollment Rx, which is built on the proven salesforce.com cloud platform, for its flexibility and ease of integration with other systems. Enrollment Rx captures recruitment data in a centralized location and automates communication plans, workflows, security, and constituent scalability.
“Enrollment Rx offers us a level ofsophistication that meets not only our current needs, but also what we want to do in the future,” said Scott Ingold, ERP Functional Lead, University of Miami. “By bringing everything together in a single enterprise solution, Enrollment Rx will allow us to effectively report the success of our efforts, improve ourcolleagues’ work/life experience, and transform how we communicate.”
The University of Miami is currently using the cloud-based CRM for recruitment, and plans to extend it to other functions on campus that could take advantage of its functionality.
