University Aims To Rid Crows From Roosting At Penn State

The crows are back on campus, and so is their waste.

In what is turning out to be an annual event, hundreds, if not thousands, of the feathered creatures have taken up residence in recent days in the trees on Penn State’s campus.

Their homecoming again has created an unsightly and unsanitary problem here for those trying to dodge the droppings falling from the sky or for people in wheelchairs on campus, whose wheels would roll over the dung.

And Penn State, once again, is going to kick them out.
