U Of South Alabama Employees To Get 2 Percent Bonus In Time For Christmas

About half of the University of South Alabama’s workforce will be getting an extra check this holiday season. The university’s Board of Trustees voted Friday to award academic division employees a one-time bonus of 2 percent. They will get a minimum of $1,000 in the form of a check on Dec. 16. The supplement mirrors one awarded to USA health care employees in September. It will cost about $2.5 million.
