Two North Carolina community colleges get 'mixed results' on report

Two local community colleges received what one school official called "mixed results" on a new performance report.

The goal of the Performance Measures for Student Success report, released earlier this month, is to make sure North Carolina community colleges are offering high-quality programs. It's the newest version of the statewide performance system that's been in place since 1993. College officials say while the new report challenges schools more, it also shows them where they can improve.
