Students Behind Miami U Rape Poster Could Face Felony Charges

The disturbing flier at Miami University that offered pointers on how to get away with rape might result in criminal charges against the students who are now being investigated by campus police and prosecutors.

But could it be considered protected speech?

A national First Amendment expert said it is. Butler County Prosecutor Mike Gmoser disagrees.

He said he had his staff research Supreme Court opinions on the issue.
