SACS to launch investigation of Louisiana College

SACS’ decision comes in the wake of allegations that LC officials had submitted documents that contained forged signatures and other consistencies to the accrediting agency as it was considering whether to remove the school from warning status in 2011-12.

“Obviously it’s something of concern to us, and we will investigate,” Michael Johnson, senior vice president and chief of staff at SACS, told The Town Talk on Tuesday.
