R.I. Higher Ed Board Wants to Freeze Tuition

Keeping their promise to hold the line on tuition and fee hikes at the state's three public colleges, the Board of Governors for Higher Education's finance committee unanimously approved a budget for 2013-2014 Thursday morning that would freeze tuition and fees at the current year levels.
