President Clinton to speak at scholarship luncheon

Former President Bill Clinton will be the keynote speaker at the Cuyahoga Community College (Ohio) annual Presidential Scholarship Luncheon in October.

The college, which attracts nationally-known men and women to its luncheon each year, made no announcement but simply mailed “save the date” cards that were delivered today. The event will be on Thursday, Oct. 17.

Clinton, the 42nd president and founder of the Clinton Foundation, joins a stellar roster of high-profile speakers who have appeared at the luncheon, which began in 1992 to celebrate the inauguration of Jerry Sue Thornton as president.
