Northwest Interpreters, Inc., a language services company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, has recently changed its name to NWI Global in support of its nationwide business expansion. The change is driven by NWI Global Vice President of Business Development, Vic Marcus, who saw the need for a national resource for American Sign Language (ASL) services, along with the opportunity to provide Fortune 500 companies a communication partner for all of their translation needs.
“We wanted to better position ourselves to serve the nationwide trade schools and institutions that want a single resource for their sign language interpreting needs,” says Marcus, “we currently have a network of over 500 professional sign language interpreters across the country to support that need.”
Since 1992, NWI Global has aimed to deliver what is most important to its clients: an accurate, efficient and responsive service every time. This practice has allowed them to be trusted by hundreds of companies nationwide for over 22 years. In addition to ASL services, NWI Global translates documents, eLearning courses and websites into over 200 languages.
