Mobiltel, the premier supplier of telecommunications services in Bulgaria, has partnered with eCornell to provide leadership development training for the company's high-potential managers.

Mobiltel's internal Leadership Development Program is designed to cultivate leadership competencies among managers and put into practice the five principles of a broader organizational redesign initiative: customer centricity, time-to-market, value-based growth, cost control and innovation.
