In these lean times, the Milwaukee School of Engineering is offering a deal: Buy one degree, get a second degree free.

Starting next fall, students who graduate with an MSOE bachelor's degree can earn a tuition-free master's degree if they continue full-time and maintain good grades. Most of MSOE's 2,500 students are from the Midwest; 200 are enrolled in master's programs.
