Miami University officials said Monday that they have identified the students responsible for placing “The Top 10 Ways to Get Away with Rape” flier in restroom at a freshman co-ed dorm two weeks ago.
The students will not face criminal charges. University spokeswoman Claire Wagner said the students will be taken through the college discipline process. Federal student privacy regulations prevent the university form providing further details, she said.
“Miami began investigating as soon as the flier was reported and intends to hold those responsible fully accountable,” Wagner said.
The discovery in a men’s restroom created a stir when leaders in a student organization that works to prevent sexual assaults criticized university officials for not notifying students on campus.
