Metz Culinary Management, a leading provider of dining management services, has partnered with the Culinary Institute of America, local Pennsylvania schools and several prominent business clients to provide students with paid internship and externship opportunities.
 
“These internships and externships are mutually beneficial,” said Cheryl McCann, Vice-President of Human Resources at Metz Culinary Management. “The students will help Metz grow as they bring exciting and fresh ideas to the table and we are proud to pass on our high standards of quality to the next generation of culinary professionals. We will look at these apprentices as candidates for career opportunities once they graduate.”
