Lawmaker calls for casino employee training at community college

With at least one casino in operation, possibly as soon as two years from now, Sullivan County, N.Y., Legislator Cora Edwards said a local educational curriculum should be developed to train future employees.

One, and possibly, two casinos will be approved for the Sullivan-Ulster area in the new year and Edwards proposed establishment of school course work to educate area residents in the field of casino operations.
