Jamestown Community College President to Retire

Gregory DeCinque will retire as Jamestown Community College president at the close of this academic year, leaving him just short of two decades at the helm and the longest-serving president in the school's history. No successor has yet been picked.

DeCinque's tenure at JCC has been marked by change, including the campus' first ever residence halls and new buildings geared toward manufacturing and biosciences. Oversight of the college expanded from the city of Jamestown to the counties of Cattaraugus and Chautauqua and a new Olean campus was built.
