Ivy Tech Community College will consolidate some of its regions as it works to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

The college last year merged its northwest and north-central regions. In an announcement Tuesday, Ivy Tech said its East Central region, which includes campuses in Anderson, Marion, Muncie and New Castle, will be combined with its Richmond region, which includes a campus in Connersville.
