Hurricane Sandy Losses May Impact Eligibility for Aid

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency is advising all state grant applicants who have suffered severe casualty losses as a result of Hurricane Sandy - regardless of their prior eligibility determination - to complete and submit a Casualty Loss Form for possible reconsideration of their state grant award eligibility.
