Higher One Payments, Inc., a technology and financial services company focused on the higher education market, and Travelex Global Business Payments, Inc., the world's leading non-bank provider of international payment services, announced today the first deployment of their joint electronic tuition payment solution with Houston Community College (HCC) in Houston, Texas. The announcement was made at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) Annual Conference, in Tampa, Florida.

HCC has over 6,000 international students and also partners with colleges overseas. Recognizing a need, HCC was quick to implement the program on campus.
