Ex-employee admits stealing, selling bones from Ohio University lab

The human remains that a former Ohio University lab assistant stole and sold included a fetus, two skulls and two shoulders, according to a search warrant unsealed yesterday.

Some of the remains might have been from bodies donated to the school, the document says.

Weston Henri Moquin, 28, of Athens, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to stealing human bones and selling them to bone dealers between July 2011 and June 2012.
