RuffaloCODY, the leading provider of strategic enrollment management and fundraising services and software, today announced a partnership that will make Parchment’s eTranscript exchange network available to RuffaloCODY clients.

Through the new relationship, Parchment’s Receive service will be the preferred transcript solution for clients using RuffaloCODY’s application generation and management service. The service is designed to help institutions cultivate more “actionable” applications from the right students.

Parchment Receive is a web-based solution for postsecondary institutions to receive, request, and analyze eTranscripts. Its touch-free, automated key features include:

•        Automated workflows integrated with any SIS (Student Information System), making receiving transcripts touch-free

•        Enrollment analytics yielding deep insight into student actions and decisions

•        Tracking and reporting metrics

•        A “unified inbox” that can receive eTranscripts from multiple providers, including the SPEEDE Server, eTranscript California, and Parchment Send service into a single location

“This partnership uniquely positions us to help our clients improve and streamline the efficiency of their application and data collection processes in meaningful ways,” said John Baird, President of RuffaloCODY’s Enrollment Management division. “Introducing Parchment’s technology to our client institutions will have a profound impact on their ability to manage student relationships more efficiently and effectively.”

Parchment’s Receive service will integrate into the RuffaloCODY online application just as it integrates with other applications. Deeper, more specialized integration features will be explored in the future as the organizations make a concerted effort to maximize the benefits of their partnership for clients.

“This relationship is a natural fit because our organizations share common goals around simplifying and enhancing the admissions process,” said Parchment CEO Matthew Pittinsky. “With an impressive client list and strong reputation in the higher education sector, RuffaloCODY is an ideal partner for Parchment as we strive to make education processes work smarter.”
