One of the few things University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management Dean Doug Brown can’t seem to do is retire.
But, next spring he’s going to try. Again.
“I have failed to retire in the past. I love dabbling so much,” he said.
Regardless, he said, at 75, he’s ready to step back and retire at the end of the spring semester at UNM after his five-year contract with the university ends.
Brown said that he announced his retirement now so that the school can begin its search for a new dean.
