Technology has changed everything in college recruitment and admission offices have been slow to respond.

As the importance of the web site continues to grow, more students rely on Facebook and other social media sites to find information and text messaging becomes the preferred form of communication, enrollment management leaders may now wish to reconsider the structure in the admission office and the job descriptions of admission counselors.
