The Central Michigan University team is highly successful both on and off the field.

The team has a 3.7 grade point average, making them the national leader for the seventh consecutive year. All players have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

"I'm incredibly proud of our women's soccer team and everything they have accomplished," said Head Coach Neil Stafford. "They do a great job of prioritizing and credit goes to everyone involved. Not just the players, but also our coaching staff along with the CMU professors and administration."

Athletic Director Dave Heeke said the achievement is remarkable, and the team works hard to be national champions in every category.
