Among those cheering on the Badgers at the Rose Bowl will be Gov. Scott Walker and UW System President Kevin Reilly, part of a 32-member official delegation from the university.

UW-Madison gets $2.3 million for Rose Bowl expenses, allowing not just the team and support staff to travel, but also the band, the spirit squad, and an official delegation.

The Big Ten Conference gets $22.3 million for the Badgers' berth in the Rose Bowl game and gives UW $2.3 million to cover travel expenses. He declined to release details of that plan.
