Major Meetings and Events
Two days of preconvention workshops and business meetings are offered before the convention gets underway. The conference kicks off on Saturday afternoon with a general session followed by the grand opening of the exhibit hall and various affiliate receptions. Sunday and Monday offer breakfast meetings, breakout sessions, visits to the exhibit hall, and affiliate receptions. Monday evening is the Gala Dinner which honors outstanding community college alumni, and the meeting culminates on Tuesday with one hour of breakout sessions, followed by a general session (brunch) with program.
